Cemetery Monument Company Application & Foundation Fee

Our process is as follows:

• Monument Companies must complete the memorial application, which can be downloaded on the Memorials page of our website:(https://stjosephonthebrandywine.org/memorial-columbarium-resources)
• Pay the appropriate application and foundation fee for the monument size (on this page).
• Your application will be reviewed and approved by the parish.
• Once the monument is ready to install, please contact us so the foundation can be scheduled (2 weeks' notice is required).
• Once the foundation is ready, the parish will contact you for the installation of the stone.
